3:35 PM: Most of the area is quiet so far, but there are some thunderstorms across the region. Most of these storms are staying to the north and west of the area, in New York and Pennsylvania, but some isolated storms will affect the area throughout the rest of this afternoon and evening. There is currently an area of thunderstorms in SE NY moving southeast, and while most of these storms are weak, there is a single strong thunderstorm near northern Westchester county moving southeast. This storm will affect Stamford and Norwalk in SW CT within the next 1/2 hour with heavy rain, gusty winds, and potentially small hail.
